help !!!

what should i do?cant log in anymore =(..i still want to play 2moons...i think our I.P is blocked...=(

Have you installed the new version of the game, if you havent this will cause you lots of problems, the best way to install the new game is to completely uninstall the old version first, making sure you copy your screenshot folder elsewhere first. Then when you have uninstalled thegame check that it has removed the folder c:/program files/accliam/2moons. if not delete this. Then download and install the new version of the game (there is a link in the forums page on the 2moons site.

Is the error message you get "blocked ip" if so then you will need to contact 2moons support to ask if they can unblock your ip.

If you are getting the "incorrect id" message then once again you need to contact 2moons support and they will refresh your account.


Hopefully this should work then you can join us back in game.

I got incorrect id again too, its so frustrating, i keep losing 4 days lvling time every time this happens

It is so sad the way things are going in game
